Barnes & Noble offers a coupon for a free cupcake from their café when you sign up for the Barnes & Noble Kids Club for kids 12 and under.

tokensJoin Chuck E. Cheese’s email club and you will get special offers and free tokens for your little one’s birthday. Also, check out the Rewards Calendars area for other ways for your child to earn free tokens.

Some of your little one’s favorite food places also celebrate their birthdays. How would your kiddo like some free ice cream for their birthday? Sign them up at Baskin Robins!

FRIENDLYWhen you join the Friendly’s BFF Club, your child (12 years and under) will get a free kids meal, with the purchase of an adult meal.

Your child can also receive a free gift from Krisch’s Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlour after you sign up for the Birthday Club.
