Halloween Boolicious Ideas Using Pumpkins and Candy

halloween1 Halloween is a day full of pumpkins and candy.  Don’t let them go to waste. Instead use them in your cooking with one of these Halloween Boolicious ideas!

Pumpkin Soup
Start by visiting your local pumpkin patch and pick up a fresh pumpkin to make this delicious pumpkin soup. This is a great way to use up pumpkins after Halloween is over as well.  For some extra fun serve the soup in small hollowed out pumpkins. Spinach Dip
Every great Halloween party has that one dish sure to gross out the guests. This spinach dip recipe is one of the best. Be sure to hit up a local farm or farm stand to pick up a pumpkin to carve and fresh ingredients for your recipe. Visit your neighborhood candy store, such as Dylan’s in the Hamptons, Bobb Howards in New Hyde Park, or Sweeties in Huntington, and pick up a couple dozen gummy worms to make these Creepy Crawly Cupcakes.  Worms and dirt are sure to please on Halloween.
