Optimum online and Verizon customers can request a credit for outages as a result of the storm, even during power outages. It’s easy to request the credits, and it’s something positive given everything that’s taken place over the last few weeks.
Please click here or visit optimum.net/credit to notify Optimum Online of the dates that you did not have your Optimum service (Optimum TV, phone or Internet). You’ll have to log in, and then it’s two simple questions to answer: When did you lose your service? When did your service return? The company will then process the appropriate credit to your account. You must submit the credit within 30 days of when you got your power restored.
Call one of these Optimum Online numbers, depending on your location on Long Island.
