In today’s society, it’s more commonplace for a child to be bilingual or multilingual. An increasing number of parents are recognizing the importance of learning a second language during the early childhood years. Research shows that the peak ages when children can easily absorb languages start at around 7 months and goes on until about 12 years old. Study after study shows that children who learn more than one language excel academically. We’ve put together a sampling of Long Island language schools for kids.
