Kids Helping Kids Through Jump In for Justice

One of the best ways to teach kids about helping others is to offer opportunities to engage in social action. The Jewish Education Project, an organization that provides educational tools and resources for Jewish families, has partnered with The Pajama Program to hold two local events where kids can help other kids.

The Pajama Program non-profit organization gives new pajamas and book to kids in need. Many of these children are waiting to be adopted and may have never experienced the joys of parents reading them a book and tucking them into bed at night. The Pajama Program strives to make “better bedtimes” for children across Long Island.

Together these two organizations have planned “Jump in for Justice” which will provide families an opportunity to do something meaningful together as well as show kids about how they can make a difference.
