Spaghetti Squash is delicious with a little butter (you can use omega 3 buttery spreads) and Parmesan Cheese — or you can add pasta sauce. So yummy and simple to make.
1. Preheat your oven to around 400 degrees.
2. Cut a Spaghetti Squash in half (not so easy, use a sharp knife)
3. Scoop out the seeds and add a little Smart Balance spread. Roast on a cookie sheet (I put Reynolds’ Parchment/Foil under it. Roast for 1 hour.
Hint — if you have a very picky eater, you can tell them it’s really spaghetti! Or give them a bite and then tell them it’s spahgetti squash!
