Winter Break Camps on Long Island: A Nassau and Suffolk Guide

If you’re working during the upcoming holiday break between Christmas and New Year’s, but your kids are off from school (or if you want to find them a structured program to attend) — consider a holiday break camp.  The list below highlights holiday break camp options in Long Island. Some provide half day activities while others provide full day camps. Many venues let parents pick and choose specific days needed versus paying for the entire week. Please call the centers for pricing as many offer sliding scale pricing based on the total number of days enrolled.

Great comprehensive list – very informative for Long Islanders. I have put my daughter in the Girl Scouts Winter Break Camp and she loved it, but it’s nice to see a whole list of alternatives.
