Port Jefferson Santa Parade

Starts at the railroad station and finishes up at the ‘Drowned Meadow House’ at the corner of Barnum and West Broadway, where children are invited into ‘Santa’s Workshop’ to meet Santa.

Free Starbright Holiday Lighting Weekend in Montauk

There will be a lighting of the Gazebo and Downtown trees, and judges will review of the Best Decorated Montauk Store Front with prizes. There will be fun for kids and a  Montauk Library Holiday Book Sale that takes place on the lower level of the library on Montauk Hwy just east of town.

When: When: Friday, November 25 – 26th

Free Tree Lighting at Mitchell Park in Greenport

Kick off the holiday season by helping decorate a holiday tree. Bring a handmade ornament relating to the sea, nature or the Lighthouse to hang on the tree. Free hot chocolate and cookies for everyone. Click here for more information.

Free WinterFest! Holiday Decorating and Caroling

On Friday at 7pm there will be a lighting of the village Christmas tree at the park. There will also be music, santa, reindeer and beautiful holiday decorations throughout the Village.

Free Huntington Boat Parade

Check out the Hunting Harbor for a holiday parade of lighted vessels. This will be an exciting spectacle of decorated boats parading through Huntington Harbor. Click here for more information.

Free Gingerbread Competition

Make a gingerbread house or creation based on the theme “The Treasures Of Christmas”. There will be two winning categories: Adult (17 And Up) And Children (8 – 16).  Entrants must register by November 19. Call 631.321.6809.

Free World Village Fair Trade Holiday Shopping
