Parents Guide To Get Moving..with Your Kids in Tow

As the sun starts really shining and bikini season fast approaches, it’s time to get outside and get moving! One way is to train for a 5K. Kids can be involved, whether you take a younger child in a stroller (should be a jogger or something sturdy) or have an older child walk along side you. Weight Watchers Walk-It Campaign makes it easy to train or find a 5K near you  — Check www.weightwatchers.com/walkit for the 5K. Plus you can download a free training plan to help. Or check out Couch to 5K.
